Alis' mom doesn't give the car a chance to drive itself ?

Also, happy Alis, is happy Alis. So much happy. :)

Just because the car has a front seat, doesn't necessarily mean it's manual. Although I can't imagine any computer daring to argue with Alis's mom.

I love that hair swing in the first 3 panels. (Also the difference when the pony tail keeps the hair in check... But Sean should wear the loose hair more, it looks good on her.)

I detect no sarcasm in Alis' mother's remark.

Is that odd?

Well if it was just one week repeating over and over then Alis' condition wont get any worse and she wont die like she inevitably will.
I can feel it coming and I'm steeling myself for it.

Why is Alis' mom so damn creepy?!
Passerby (Guest) edit delete reply
Blame it on View--it's the character design. :)

Seriously though, maybe Alis' mom was a victim of the 'grey goo' incident as was Alis. For all we know, she must wear a patch all the time just to survive as Alis does.

She does look like she's been through some harsh times.
But I don't get an "evil" or "creepy" vibe off of her.
More like a person who is strict with others, and twice as strict with herself, not because she's mean, but because ... well, survival.
Also, I suspect she could have been very pretty when she was young. Maybe even a sort of "Classical Beauty", if such a thing exists.

View this is an odd question but would you be up for designing a tattoo?

I'm fine with my stuff being used for tattoos, but I don't want the responsibility of finalizing any design myself.
